Very poor network and worst customer service

Company / Product Name : Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd.
Complaint : I am writing this after follow up with Tikona customer care, since last 10 days. Their network in the Shakti Khand area is very bad. When it works the speed remains very low and other time it just not available. Every time you call them they just assure you that the problem will be resolved in 8 hours for sure. And their 8 hours never ends.

I am facing this problem even when I have subscribed to their Business plan and connection. Where the contention ratio is just 1:4 compared to 1:10 of home plans. They have just created a separate plan for making fool of business users and provide the network through the same slow network for home users.

I strongly advise to not subscribe to their service if you are a serious user and you can not live without internet. For occasional use this may be your choice as their plans are very cheap and installation just costs Rs.500. But if you want even 70% network availability, high speed at all times when you use it and prompt support then please beware of them. They are just useless.

I have tried contacting the Nodal Officer via email and Phone. What they have done is setup a separate call center type of thing at nodal officer contact. Whenever you call the nodal officer will not be available - and you need to talk to their separate support center, just the number are different than the regular customer support.

Forget about personalized response from nodal officer they just create a new support ticket and mention that as nodal officer complaint. And after that it will be resolved like a normal complaint.

A big disappointment for me.
