Description	:	Dr. V.K Bhatnagar, establishing a school meant finding an institution whose roots lay in Indian values. With tangible ideas and a great vision, he started a unique concept of providing meaningful education to the children. This all began in a rented rook of old Rajinder Nagar, Double Story where he was joined by Mrs. Mamta V Bhatnagar and a few teachers to help him realize his dream of giving quality education to the children. The concept of ‘Manav Sthali’ advocating universal brotherhood first took shape and cut across all barriers of cast, color and creed. The doors of Manav Sthali were first opened on Oct 2, 1957 a great day for Manav Sthali to take birth wherein the horizon had to be deep enough to embrace multi cultures of a society divergent in its traditions and colorful in its customs.
