| Description | : | Shankara is a small not for profit school in New Delhi, India. It was established by Sringeri Sharada Peetham Charitable Trust in 1991. Our aim is to identify, assess, train, rehabilitate and educate children with special needs. We address children suffering from intellectual disability, such as, Down’s syndrome, and other special needs, including autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, dyslexia, and hyperactivity disorder. Our goal is to grow both in scope, scale and with an option of branching to residential facilities also. |
